Impostor
The goal was to augment a preexisting 2D image through thoughtful provocations. The 2D image is titled “Red Eyes” by Dylan C. Lathrop. Each pupil was animated to recognize the red eyes, using frame-by-frame animation. To make the image more provoking, the red eyes were made aware that they were being observed, by making them blink.
